Scotland was my first destination on a 5 month trip and it remained my favourite spot until I went home. A gothic paradise that surpassed my wild Tumblr dreams; Scotland felt magical.

2 themes I have identified in my travels, 1) I love places that are untouched by human forces 2) I love places that feel different than what I grew up in. Scotland has both.

The highlands were unlike any spot I have any seen. I spent days begging for 10 minutes of sun to watch how it sparkled on the grass. Fields that only sheep have roamed.
